Gui-Feng Gao is an assistant researcher of microbial ecology at the Institute of Soil Science, CAS. His research interests include the biogeographic distributions of soil microbial communities in coastal wetlands, the spatial-temporal shifts in the structure and function of soil microbiome in response to environmental changes, particularly under sea level rise and plant invasion.
